Do I need to believe in “energy work” for this to work?

Is this like massage or therapy?

Not quite. Massage works mainly with muscles, and therapy works with the mind. Spinal Energetics, Breathwork, and Nervous System Recalibration invite the whole system - body, mind, and spirit - to release and reset. They complement, but don’t replace, traditional support.

How many sessions will I need?

Every woman’s journey is unique. Some notice big shifts after just one session, while others find ongoing support helps them create lasting change. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that feels right for you.

Can this help with perimenopause, anxiety, or burnout?

Yes - these practices are especially supportive during transitions and times of overwhelm. They don’t make challenges disappear, but they help you meet them with more calm, clarity, and resilience.

How many sessions will I need?

Committing to at least 3 sessions to begin with, gives you a chance to adapt to the sessions and for the sessions to be of the most benefit and value to your wellbeing.
